	At the national level, bodies responsible for the regional development are:
www.mrrsvg.hr	Ministry of Regional Development, Water Management and Forestry – the competent body for regional development
	Other ministries and state administration bodies : Ministry of Finance, Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Economy, Labour, and Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction Ministry of Science, Education and Sports Ministry of Health and Social Welfare Development and Employment Fund Central Bureau of Statistics Croatian Employment Service, and others - in accordance with their competences, the following institutions are responsible for certain aspects of regional development Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodnog gospodarstva, Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša, prostornog uređenja i graditeljstva, Ministarstvo znanosti, obrazovanja i športa, Ministarstvo zdravstva i socijalne skrbi, Fond za razvoj i zapošljavanje, Državni zavod za statistiku, Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje i dr. - sukladno svojoj nadležnosti odgovorni su za pojedine aspekte regionalnog razvoja
www.fondrr.hr	Regional Development Fund (2001.) - finances economic and infrastructural projects in underdeveloped areas (proposed by counties/municipalities)
www.fond-vukovar.hr	Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the City of Vukovar - manages funds used to implement the Plan and Program of Reconstruction and Development of the city of Vukovar, sourced from the government budget, loans, donations and other sources.
	At the county and local level, administrative bodies (administrative departments and services) are responsible for development issues, and the development of those areas is affected by the activities of various developmental institutions (development agencies, entrepreneurship centres, business incubators, technology parks, as well as other public institutions, companies, NGOs and others).
